Use Google Sheets to display Chinese characters correctly
1. Sign up for a Google account or use your existing Google account and head to Google Sheets.
2. Click New and then upload the CSV you'd like to edit by going to File > Open > Upload.
3. After you've edited, export your CSV by going to File > Download As > CSV (Comma Separated Value).
4. Upload the CSV to the BackOffice > Products > Manage Products > Import CSV > Upload.
You should now be able to view your product names in Chinese characters in the BackOffice!
