Find and connect your printer
Step 1.
On your iPad, go to the iPad's Settings > WiFi.
Step 2.
If you purchased the preconfigured ASUS from us, make sure your iPad is connected to the StoreHubCloudPOS Wi-Fi network. Tap the StoreHubCloudPOS name until you see a tick next to it to signify it's connected.
If you see the WiFi name as 'ASUS', that means your router has likely been reset. Don't worry, you can still use the router, but do get in touch with the customer support team for steps on configuring the router.
Step 3.
Go to your StoreHub app > Settings > Printer.
Step 4.
Tap Search Printers. The printer name should show up. Once it does, tap the printer name.
Step 5.
Make sure Receipt Printing is enabled, as well as any other virtual printer you've set up in the BackOffice.
Example: if this printer is for the staff in the kitchen, select Kitchen.
Step 6.
Tap Print Test Receipt and the printer should print out a test receipt.
Note: If you have purchased your own router, please connect the iPad to the WiFi network of your own router.
