If you forgot your password, you can always reset it:
Click “Forgot” to reset your password.
Enter the email that you have registered with this BackOffice account (or if you were added as an employee to the BackOffice). Click “Continue” and the reset password link will be sent to the email that you’ve entered.
ERROR MESSAGE # 1 (Email not registered)
If the error “The email you entered is not registered in our system. Please check if it was entered correctly and resubmit” appears, make sure that this email has already been added and granted BackOffice access.

ERROR MESSAGE # 2 (Format incorrect)
If the error message “Sorry, that isn't a valid email address. Please make sure it follows the email@example.com format” appears, you might need to press backspace/delete after '.com' to ensure there’s no extra space behind.
