Whether you'd like to take a break from your StoreHub account or are wanting to end your StoreHub subscription, this article will guide you on how you can do so from your BackOffice!
How to Cancel Your StoreHub Subscription
Head to the BackOffice > Settings > Billings > Scroll down and click Cancel my Subscription.
Tap 'Cancel my Subscription'. Your data will still be there the next time you're ready to continue with the subscription. The system will then put your account for a scheduled cancellation, set to take place on your next billing cycle.
Note: Please proceed with the cancellation before the next billing cycle date to avoid unnecessary charges to your card.
And you're done! You've successfully cancelled your StoreHub subscription.
