Whether you'd like to take a break from your StoreHub account or are wanting to end your StoreHub subscription, you can do so right from your BackOffice!
Tap 'Cancel my Subscription' and then come back when you're ready. Your data will still be there the next time you're ready to continue with the subscription.
To proceed with the cancellation, please log on to the BackOffice and do the following:
Head to Settings > Billings > Scroll down and click Cancel my Subscription.
The system will then put your account for a scheduled cancellation, set to take place on your next billing cycle.
IMPORTANT: Please proceed with the cancellation before the date to avoid unnecessary charge to your card.
