Supply Needs helps you keep track of your products or ingredients when they hit Warning Stock Level (configurable when Adding or Managing Products).
When a product or ingredient hits Warning Stock Level (the minimum quantity your business should stock), Supply Needs automatically calculates how many more units are required to reach Ideal Level.
Purchase Order will help you restock your products or ingredients later.
How to Set Warning Stock Level
1. Go to Products > Add Product and scroll down.
2. Set Warning Stock Levels.
How to Check Supply Needs of Your Store:
Go to Stock Management > Supply Needs. You’ll see a list of items running low on stock. You can create a Purchase Order from your BackOffice and send it to your supplier immediately.
