Once stock has been transferred to another store, you'll need to check whether the stock has been received.
This article will guide you on how to do so!
i) How to Receive Stock
Go to the BackOffice > Stock Management > Stock Transfer.
Click on the ID of the stock transfer that has been received.
Click ‘Mark Received’ and you’re done!
ii) How to Print / Email / Cancel a Stock Transfer Order
Go to Stock Management > Stock Transfer.
Click on the ID of the stock transfer.
Click Print Order / Email Order / Cancel Order. And you're done!
Note: The Cancel Order option cannot be chosen if the order has already been shipped.
