Introduction
Once you enable StoreHub Pay, you can accept credit and debit card payments, straight from the StoreHub app!
Note: Please ensure your Bluetooth is switched on and you are using at least iPad 4th Generation and above. The original iPad and iPad 2 are not supported.
How to enable StoreHub Pay
Step 1.
On your iPad Register, tap the Menu, then Settings.

Step 2.
Tap Payment, and toggle StoreHub Pay ON to enable.

Step 3.
You’re now ready to use StoreHub Pay!
How to accept cards (Visa/MasterCard):
Step 1.
At your StoreHub register, select the items that your customer wishes to purchase.
Step 2.
At the checkout page, select Credit Card or Debit Card.

Step 3.
When the device is found, insert the customer’s card into your StoreHub Pay device.

**UPDATE**
Following Bank Negara's requirement that Chip & PIN cards are to be used, ask the customer what card they'll be paying with. The StoreHub Pay device has been updated to accept cards with MyDebit.
- If the customer has a Credit Card and you've selected Credit Card as the payment method on your StoreHub app, select option #1 - Debit Visa/MasterCard
- If the customer has a Debit Card and you've selected Debit Card as the payment method on your StoreHub app, select option #2 - MCCS
Step 4.
Allow your customer to sign on the iPad screen and click Confirm.

Step 5.
The payment is now complete!
How to accept debit cards (MEPS):
Step 1.
At your StoreHub register, select the items that your customer wishes to purchase.
Step 2.
At the check out page, select Credit Card or Debit Card.

Step 3.
When the device check is done, insert the customer’s card into your StoreHub Pay device.

Step 4.
Select Savings or Current Account, then let your customer enter their PIN onto the StoreHub Pay device.


Step 5.
The payment is now complete!
