Introduction
This feature allows your customers to pre-order items and collect at a later time. You can collect a deposit from them at the time of order and the remaining funds upon collection of the items.
How to Create a Pre-Order
Step 1.
Log in to the StoreHub app using your unique 4-digit PIN.

Step 2.
Tap on the shortcut menu on the right.
Step 3.
Select Pre-Order, and make a new pre-order.

Step 4.
At the register screen, select the items as requested by your customer.
Step 5.
Tap Add Customer to select an existing customer or create a new one.

Step 6.
To complete the pre-order, tap on the total sale amount.

Step 7.
Select the pick up date and time, and also notes if necessary. Tap Next once you’re done.

Step 8.
Now you can select the payment method for the order.
Step 9.
Then, specify the deposit amount, and the amount tendered.

Step 10.
Choose to have the receipt printed out or emailed to your customer.
Step 11.
You’re done creating the pre-order.

Step 12.
Now the pre-order has been created. You can see a list of all your pre-orders from the BackOffice. Simply go to Transactions > Pre-Orders.
How to Pick Up a Pre-Order:
When your customers collect their purchases from your store, you can complete the pre-order transaction.
Step 1.
Log into your StoreHub app using your unique 4-digit PIN.
Step 2.
Tap on the shortcut menu on the right.
Step 3.
Select ‘Pre-Order’, and choose ‘Pick Up’.

Step 4.
Select the pre-order to pick up by searching the receipt number or customer name.

Step 5.
To pay, tap on the full amount.

Step 6.
Choose the payment method, and the amount tendered.

Step 7.
You have now completed the pick up!
Cancel a Pre-Order
If you want another Pre-Order, simply make another new Pre-Order! Do note that you can only make Pre-Orders, Pick Up and cancel Pre-Orders on your iPad register, and not in the BackOffice.
