Introduction
Now that you’ve connected your printers, let’s set them up on your StoreHub POS.
If you’re using a LAN printer, do make sure that the printers and iPads are connected to the same WiFi network before you begin (if you use the preconfigured ASUS router purchased from us, the WiFi name should be called StoreHubCloudPOS).
Connect your LAN Receipt Printer to the StoreHub POS
Step 1.
Sign into your StoreHub app using your unique 4-digit PIN:
Step 2.
Tap the menu button on the left.
Step 3.
Select Settings.
Step 4.
Select ‘Printer’.
Step 5.
Click ‘Search Printers’.
You'll see a list of available receipt printers with their IP addresses.
Make sure you've selected the correct receipt template when searching for printers:
Step 6.
Select your printer, and toggle Receipt Printing and/or Kitchen/Bar ON.
You have the option to assign all kitchen printers to one printer...
... or to multiple printers:
Step 7.
Click ‘Print Test Receipt’. If a piece of receipt paper is printed out, it means you have set up your printer successfully!
