Introduction
With Beep Delivery, your customers are free to choose whether they prefer to have their order delivered or picked-up by themselves. Let's run through the options for both you and your customers!
Delivery Options
Before placing an order, your customers are required to choose between these two preferences from your Beep Menu:
- Food Delivery
- Self Pickup
(A) Delivery
You may choose whether to sign up for StoreHub's automated logistics program or utilize your own delivery service to deliver Beep orders to your customers.
Note: You may only apply ONE delivery option at a time.

Step 1.
Before placing an order, customers need to select Food Delivery.
Step 2.
Customers can proceed to browse your Beep Menu, place their orders and then check out.
Customers will receive a SMS notification once the order is successfully placed.
► Merchant's Delivery Service
☞ Merchant to employ your own delivery service.

(B) Pick-up
► Pick-up by Customer
☞ Customer to pick up the item(s) purchased from your Store.
Step 1.
Before placing an order, customers need to select Self Pickup.
Step 2.
Customers can proceed to browse your Beep Menu, place their orders and then check out.
Customers will receive a SMS notification once the order is successfully placed.
Step 3.
The order will appear in your Register, and once the item(s) is packed and ready to be picked-up, you may change the order status to Picked Up.
Customers will be notified to pick up the item(s).
